RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Good Toys takes pride in ensuring that your goods are carefully selected and packed with care to guarantee that your item is of the highest possible quality and arrives safely at your nominated delivery address. However, sometimes items may become damaged in transit or have a manufacturing defect, rendering them unfit for their intended purpose. If this occurs, please contact Good Toys immediately via email at hello@goodtoys.com.au.
Return & Exchange Enquiries
- All return/exchange enquiries must be received within 7 days of receiving your goods.
- A Good Toys customer support representative will respond within 3 business days after receiving your enquiry.
- Photographic evidence of the parcel and/or the defective product may be requested.
Please Note: Enquiries submitted outside of this window are ineligible for a return, refund, or credit.
LOCAL REPAIR GUARANTEE
Defective or Damaged Items:
- Items with MAJOR production defects can be exchanged or returned for a refund within Australia.
- For Australian customers, a prepaid return label will be provided when applicable.
- For international customers, return shipping costs are not covered by Good Toys.
MINOR Issues (Excluding statues and custom-ordered items):
- Collectors are responsible for shipping and handling charges for minor issue returns.
- Minor issues include:
- Packaging/art box damage (bends, creases, dented corners).
- Minor manufacturing defects or QC issues.
- Paint overspray or underspray.
Statue-Specific Policy:
- Statues made of resin or polystone are fragile and shipped in their original factory-sealed cartons.
- Small broken parts, clean snaps, or paint scratches may occasionally occur.
- If defects are found, please contact us immediately with photos.
- Replacement parts are not guaranteed but will be requested from the manufacturer.
Please carefully consider your purchase, as refunds/exchanges are not available for minor statue issues.
CHANGE OF MIND POLICY
- Items can be returned within 7 days for store credit (minus cancellation fees and original shipping costs).
- Collectors are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Important Notes:
- Items must be returned in their original condition with all packaging and accessories.
- Improperly repacked items may incur a 20% fee of the item original price.
Exclusions:
- Gift Cards or digital products.
- Ichiban Kuji Products.
- Items over 10kg.
- Bulk purchases (5+ units in one order).
- Custom or special-ordered products.
Cancellation Fees for In-Stock Items:
- Payment Processing Fee: 3%-5%
- Storage Fee (for plans exceeding 30 days): 5%
- Total fees may range from 3%-10%.
Pre-Order/Special Order Products:
- Pre-order deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Cancellation fees may apply. Please refer to our Pre-Order Policy.
Refunds:
- Refunds are at the discretion of Good Toys.
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days upon receiving the returned item.
- Funds may take up to 14 business days or longer to appear, depending on your financial institution.
Chargeback Disputes & PayPal Claims:
- Please contact Customer Support before initiating disputes or claims.
- Chargebacks or claims without prior communication may result in account suspension.
